![]() ![]() So while I'm trying to stop the flood of calls, somebody out there is expecting a delivery that hasn't happened because they've been calling me to arrange the delivery. I laid out the case again, and the agent said he'd send an email to add me to the do-not-call list. This did not happen, and when I just called back and asked for a manager, they told me that would have to be an email request because customers can't speak directly to management. I laid out the issue with the supervisor, and he told me he'd remove the number from the order and I would stop receiving calls by Monday. I just need you to stop calling me."Īfter calling them three more times across three more days with similar results, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The first time I called and told them they're calling the wrong number, the agent asked for my customer number: Est Dlvr Estimated Delivery Date is the date that a shipment is estimated to be delivered, within the standard number of days established for XPO Logistics' transit time between the origin and destination points listed on the bill of lading. It's a robo-call asking me to call them and schedule the delivery (the first message included the address for said delivery-not my address). Delivery date calculations begin the next business day rather than on the pickup date. XPO has been calling me three times a day for over a week. So this might provide some insight into what happened: Has anyone experienced this? Why on earth would XPO just hold onto my order and not deliver it? Why would they tell me it’s being delivered, and even update my XPO tracking info if it never comes? I’m quite literally baffled. The person on the team I got was great and she rescheduled the delivery (now on Tuesday) and will follow-up with XPO Logistics in Tuesday to be sure. Absolutely nothing about the times I’d called for updated delivery. They told me XPO received my stuff in the original delivery date (7/3), and that was the last time they reported anything to IKEA directly. This morning I got in touch with the IKEA rescheduling team. ![]() who told him that IKEA needed to reschedule for them to deliver? Even though I called them 3-4 times directly at this point? I got a very nice sales person who contacted XPO Logistics. Last night I decided to finally call IKEA using the dial 4 then 3 hack. At this point I’ve called XPO Logistics several times, including yesterday when they assured me it would be delivered. The delivery window came and went, nothing. With over 400 operating locations providing local customer support, we deliver reliable service to over 99 of all U. We have the network, capacity, people and experience to help you manage all your LTL shipments. Delivery was rescheduled for yesterday, 7/11, and I even received a confirmation call the evening before with a delivery window. I didn’t discover this subreddit until after 7/3 so after reading the stories here, decided to call XPO Logistics back to reschedule. I have an order I’m waiting to be delivered by XPO Logistics.
